ABOUT OUR FIRM We are a small, family-operated firm located in rural Caswell County, North Carolina. My wife, Pat, is our Paralegal. She is also an IRS-certified Enrolled Agent and has been handling a variety of tax matters for over 30 years. Although we primarily represent the people in our area, we often handle matters for clients located elsewhere in the country and, occasionally, overseas. Ours is a closely-knit community where personal relationships are very important. Our clients know where we live, where we go to church, and we often see each other at the local grocery store or pharmacy. They bring us, not only their personal legal matters, but their family concerns and joys, too. We have watched their children grow up, their parents grow old, and they have seen us through the trials that sometimes beset all of us. We care about the people we serve, and they in turn honor us with their trust and confidence. This is what makes small-town law practice so rewarding and such an honored tradition.
